RLUSD on the XRP Ledger</h2>\n<p>As of Sunday, RLUSD on the XRP Ledger was at about 1.23 billion. The \"still connecting\" banner became a small dot, and the /whales name chips now sit over their own address.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>PR #4 \u2014 Rebuilt the /amendments page with a live flag-ledger countdown, Eastern-first times, validator counts, and plain-English amendment explainers.</li>\n<li>PR #5 \u2014 Reworked the /amendments activation boxes to a countdown-first layout and applied Eastern-first times across the page.</li>\n<li>PR #6 \u2014 Resized the /amendments countdown timer to fit its box and kept UTC on the Eastern-time line.</li>\n<li>PR #7 \u2014 Fixed a homepage error when the ledger number was missing.</li>\n<li>PR #8 \u2014 Added a 15-minute cache to the /changes.xml feed so repeat loads are faster.</li>\n<li>PR #9 \u2014 Corrected the /amendments \"Countdown restarted\" date to show the current majority date instead of a stale earlier one.</li>\n<li>PR #10 \u2014 Recorded anchor #9 in the on-chain anchor history and its daily registry snapshot.</li>\n<li>PR #11 \u2014 Fixed the /.well-known/anchors.json builder so anchor #9 appears in the list.</li>\n<li>PR #12 \u2014 Made the /amendments countdown cards open only the current step, with the rest opening on tap; added a green OFFICIAL badge for recently enabled amendments and fixed \"1 hours\" to \"1 hour\".</li>\n<li>PR #13 \u2014 Added an expected finish time to steps 2 through 6 on each /amendments countdown card, shown as \"by about\" a given time.</li>\n<li>PR #14 \u2014 Replaced the floating \"node is still connecting\" banner with a small amber dot beside the ledger number in the top bar; it shows the same sentence on tap and appears only on the public feed.</li>\n<li>PR #15 \u2014 Moved the /whales name chips to sit directly above their own address; no labels were added or changed.</li>\n<li>Source: merged pull requests into <code>main</code>, 2026-10-03 through 2026-10-05.
