Risk note

The gateway r-address is hardcoded in both app.py and bridge_signer_walker.py (AXELAR_GATEWAY constant). If Axelar ever migrates the canonical gateway account, both constants must move together or the page renders the wrong SignerList. Verify against Axelar's own docs before any bridge-account change lands.
