Risk note

ESCROW SCOPE: escrow_walker covers only category='ripple' in named_accounts.json (Ripple monthly-release cohort, ~102 objects). The 2026-07-13 census found 404 TokenEscrow objects on mainnet total; those are a DIFFERENT type (TokenEscrow vs Escrow) and different issuers — not in scope for this page. The scope declaration in seed_walker_scope_declarations.py is the honest disclosure. Sibling: cold-storage counts may under-report if Ripple adds escrows outside the named_accounts.json seed.
